When the credits show up
Card payments add credits after the payment clears. A bank transfer stays pending until the order is marked completed. The credits go to the account that checked out. They are not cash, they cannot be sent to another person, and they cannot be withdrawn.
If a job fails
When a job fails before a result is saved, the credits for that job return to the balance. That return is credits, not a cash refund. Cash refunds follow the order in the shop and are described on the refunds page.
